Oil Pan interchange?

A good friend of mine is in need of an oil pan so he can get his Shelby Z on the road and running. I only have the one extra oil pan laying around (don't want to pull any from my extra engines) and it is from an '85 N/A motor. Will this work on an '88 Shelby Z 2.2 T2? Thanks in advance.
