Nah I hear ya man... nothing pisses me off like having the opportunity to make so many passes and tuning changes that you actually have to stop to let your car cool down between rounds. It's much better to have to wait in line, for hours, babysitting your car in the lanes, a quarter-mile away from your tools...

    Just busting your balls, Troy.

Yeah I don’t disagree that it’s a hell of a deal. I just can’t commit like that anymore. Kids, Family, Job,… Can’t get a break or count on one for the matter….

bill is the one who ran it from day one and if it rains and can't get another date your money will be refunded . but its simple if there's not enough people it won't happen at all .

i've already sent bill my cash and will be there, i love the fall cecil event.

on a side note -- is there anybody that lives fairly close to the track that can let me store my trailer (w/ car on it) at their place overnight sat night? i'm coming down from boston but need to go into DC sat late afternoon through sunday mid day and don't want to drag the trailer and try to find parking for it..
anywhere within 15 or 20 mins of the track or along the way to DC would be ideal..

I'm about an hour north of the track. I'd be glad to help but it wouldn't make much sense for you to backtrack.

If my car is ready I'll be shooting for BSX's 1/4 record this year and gunning for a 8.85. To do this I better get some slicks. Would anyone coming have an extra set of slicks I could use for the day? I'm also up for buying some if anyone has them for sale.

Hey Mike...I have practically brand new 23" M&H's that may be on the market shortly. They have maybe 5 passes and are less than 1 year old.

On the market say.....this weekend? You don't even have to dis-mount them. Sell me the Kosei's to go along with it and I'll make you an offer you can't refuse!

Here is the link to Event Information and Person's Paid List.

It looks like they are not handing out tickets. Your name will be on a list at the gate and show them your ID. You can sell your spot to someone but must let them know before the event so their name can replace yours.
