CT doesn't have internet right now so ill update. We picked it up Saturday and did a little tinkering and got the battery cable fixed and got it started. It took a little bit but started fine, we had it running for a while and drove it around the block. He agreed and bought it. Today we got a new battery for it (lawn mower) and cleaned it up along with some fresh fuel injection hose and took it for a quick run to the parts store for an oil change. Well almost there it got crappy, the oil pressure started to drop and began knocking. We babied it into the parking lot and did a quick 20w50 oil change and tried it out. Gained oil pressure back but the damage had been done :'(

^^Good luck, better off building your own. I used an old hood I had laying around for donor sheet metal, then I persuaded it into place with a rubber mallet, turned out pretty good.
That was my plan. Bummer I tossed 2 spirit hoods and 4 fenders in the trash

glad to see it went to a good home, finally. I have to do some floor repairs to the new one as well.
Glad you got the car, hope you can get it all redone. I love my Charger and its a great daily driver but, I do miss the boost!
put new rod bearings in it this past weekend and ive been driving it around all week and so far so good. all i can say is its fun as hell
