Does an '02 Neon share the same hub assembly as an SRT? Would the Wilwood brakes attach to my Neon?
(I have non ABS with rear drum btw)

Nope. SRT and PT's have bolt on caliper brackets. Neons (1st and 2nd gen) have the caliper mounts (Sliders) cast into the knuckle.
Your best bet is to get a set Of PT, or SRT knuckles. Note- You will probably have to get longer tie rods too!
There are other things too look out for too. In 2002 Chrysler made a switch to wider wheel bearings/hubs. They went to 39mm wide from 33mm. If you go to a newer style hub/bearing assembly you will want to get the axles that match that application or you may have some problems with getting things together.
Oh well, at least they make this easy.

Just getting the full brake setup from a PT cruiser or SRT-4 would be a nice upgrade for a standard neon.

91+ 11" brakes would also work with less machining because they share the spindle attachment width with the Neon...
The 91+ 11" brakes also use 60mm callers so they are bigger than the srt4 brakes which are 58mm. The master cyl might also need to be upgraded.
If you want to try and also upgrade the rear brakes to balance things out then simply use intrepid/300c/concorde rear 36mm calipers which are the same as the Neon/SRT4 rears except they have a larger 36mm caliper piston instead of the normal 34mm Neon/SRT4 piston.
Of course if you are going for a willwood kit the SRT4 or PT spindles are the best option.

Ok next question... Would the Wilwood setup go on a regular '03+ Neon? Did they get the same parts as SRT?
Or *gasp* is the SRT-4 really it's own car?? (and not a Neon)
Idea here, is that regular Neons and their parts are in local salvage yards more than SRT-4s.
