Sorry to say, but I believe so.

The reason behind it was this: people would post up their item for sale w/out a price. What would happen is people would make an offer, then another would PM a higher offer, and the seller could also say "I got a higher offer than your's, if you match it or beat it, it's your's" when in fact, there was no offer.

I think the rule stated: "no gauging interests"

There is an ebay ad section though.

I would say, your post would be ok if you said "here's the ebay link, but I'll end it (or a buy it now) if someone here wants it for "x" amount.

if someone clicked on the link they would see there was a BIN price. When I do ebay I NEVER sell outside ebay or end an auction early if bids are placed. Oh and the auction has ended. someone did the BIN for $40.

i bought this harness. got it today. Thanks Mike. looks good.

there was one connector that didnt have anything attached to it... 6 pin, oval near the battery connections. whats that to? im sure i have whatever plugs into it somewhere but i was just curious. Thanks.

nevermind. im a dope. i didnt see the mate to this connector right next to it lol. it was tucked out of the way. plugged it in and im all set.

now to rewrap and check and clean all the terminals so it can go in a car.

dont worry, i never doubted you in the first place.

ive never had a caravan harness and figured it went to an option that the van didnt come with.
