Here is a super crappy video of how I use the spreadsheet. It's relatively straight forward. I plan on making a different video with my other camera later this afternoon. I may also take some screen shots instead.

should work alot better than using a camera. not sure if you can use a mic with it but there are other companies with software like it that you could try.
