Picked up another GLH Turbo. Silver 1985 with a clean body but a bad engine.
Looks like it's going to be a busy winter.

I'll be in touch about the engine. I really need a right rear door glass. The fixed one.
The plastic will only keep the rain out so long.
More photos. Taken in the rain, because it always seems to be raining when I'm at the shop lately.
Nice find, so what are your plans for this one
We'll get an engine together that runs without spewing oil every where. Fix whatever mechanical issues crop up, and
upgrade the shift linkage.
Maybe some paint and have the Enkie's redone.
We've been busy with other paying jobs, so our projects have taken a back seat for the time being.
The new motor is coming together. Had the valves back cut and new valve seals installed. Also tapped the block for 11mm head bolts.
The red should stand out aginst the silver engine bay.
Here's a mock up photo.
Looking good, should be a fun project. When ever I get around to building a shop I can start collecting car's like this for future projects. Right now I don't have any more room for toys.
