We're bordering on hijacking a thread here, but I will assume a 2.0 mount won't bolt to the 2.4 block?

When I started this swap and started asking questions this is what i was told "everybody is running somthing different..." What I did works for my application. Oh and i think some run a modded 2.0Dohc mount.

    Re: Charger SRT-4 Build

Wow its been a while!! My knee is finally healed but I dont think it will ever be the same. Anyhow Ive been able to get a few things done in the past months I have the wiring 99% done Waiting on the AEM 3.5 bar map sensor and air charge temp sensor to finish up under the hood, the interior needs the ignition/control panel and guages to be finished. A few of the hurdles that i had to go over were, the fuel injectors i was going to use are low imp. and the AEM uses high imp. Injectors. Aem can use the high but i would need to buy a injector driver so to keep cost down i decided not to. I also found out that upgraiding the fuel rail on a 2.4 interfears with the t-stat housing and the easiest way to resolve that problem is with this spacer i had made up at a local machine shop.

With this installed i can run up to a -10an return.

The car is at my fabricators shop getting the new cro-mo seat mounts , i/c pipes , 4" exhaust custom fuel cell, Ram air and a new Alt mount for a GM 1 wire . This is what she looks like before the new additions.

I will post again when she gets back and if you know anybody needing Brand New #83 Injectors let me know.

    Re: Charger SRT-4 Build

Some progress this week. Had the cold side tube of the I/C upped from 2.5 inch to 3inch for better flow, also to avoid using transition couplers. Lower I/C is 2.5 traveling the srt4 route between the motor and trans. Changed my mind on the alternator. switched to a 1 wire gm style .

Better late than never right? The LS2 coils are a smart coil near plug. They use a 5V signal and have internal ignitors vs. needing individual ignitors for each coil.
