Car chatters in Reverse and Downshifting----Hotspots on Flywheel?

So I have had a few people look at this problem of mine.
The car chatters in reverse and when downshifting only. Why?.
All new motor mounts. All are tight.
New control arm bushings, new strut mounts.

Then a friend mentioned hot spots on a flywheel could cause this. Usually in reverse first.

I was then reading up about this and came across people mentioning that Mcleod Revlock clutches tend to eat up flywheels.
I know I have a Mcleod clutch and I think it maybe a Revlok in there (came in the car).

Do people think this could be my issue? what kind of symptoms do hotspots on a flywheel create?
And if I keep driving/racing on this will this create other problems?
It is my daily driver (I just avoid Reverse and if I need to use it very carefully, and no Downshifting)
    Racing is only drag strip.
Can it last until October? Winter, it's off the road.

Get a new clutch, resurface or replace flywheel.

I would say the clutch but you said it was not there before the trans swap.

Thats correct it was not there before the trans swap, but that was the first tranny swap. I have done 3 in the last year.

-In the car is the strut that came from omni Potent to fit the 520 Trans
-I have a bobble strut from Polybushings
    - And one that came with the car. It had a rubber bushing on one end, and no bushing on the other.

Maybe it was there before but having a rubber strut in masked it. I guess nurse it until you can take it apart and check the clutch.
