Rear disc mini drum parking brake pad

Does anyone have the Rock Auto or ACDelco part number for the inner drum parking brake pad/shoes?

Looks like 2 sizes, 8 21/32" dia and 7 7/8" dia. 8's have 520 in the part number, 7's have 519. Looks like they are closing out the large ones.

The neon/pt/stratus rear parking brake pads should also work.

    Price is pretty reasonable too!

They are a common enough application so that helps to keep the supply side higher and overall price lower. I found autozone also stocks them for around $28 as well if your in a 'need them NOW!!' type situation.

I got mine from NAPA last week for my build. They were also around $28 but you need cores (probably for all other stores, too) as the core was $13. Lucky, I have a few sets of used ones...

Is there 2 different kinds? NAPA's computer showed the same part # for spirit and daytona.... 11" and 10" I believe.

The set I got from autozone were all brand new components. That was one of their selling points: no used parts or core charge/return bs.

shoes are the same between both sizes of rotor.

yeah, parking brake and disc pads are the same from 10" (solid) and 11" (vented) rear brakes. parts bin engineering....only major differences are the backing has longer "ears" to reach across the wider rotors on the vented setup and the matching calipers also being wider to span the gap.

You possibly looked up actual drum shoes for a rear drum car? Not e-brake drum shoes...

On a GTC? Maybe Rock Auto's listings aren't 100% correct.

Exactly why I wanted someone to chime in who has ordered them from RA. I can go to Autozone to get them, but would like to save a few clams because the car is not exactly ready to drive...

Rockauto usually lists all brakes for all trims of a given model under a given trim.

I usually click in the part number and then it will show all of the models it fits and you can get a good idea. For instance you can see that the part also fits the intrepid, neon, etc in this case.

They actually have a centric one listed as a parking brake shoe.

    Centric parking brake shoe:
    CENTRIC Part # 11106430
    $13.78

They even have the brake hardware kit with new springs (but not the lever or adjuster).

    Hardware kit with springs:
    WAGNER Part # H7219
    $11.36

Thanks Rich. I have ordered brakes from them before and not had much luck. Some people here seem to have a gift with that site, I do not.
