What a Ride!'"
Yes.. DYE...JT mis spelt it, but i was being nice and not busten his chops......lol...i searched for dye also..
On another note, i decided to get some porting supplys...i am going to clean up the casting and also match it with the manifolds.....i am also going to clean up the bowls alittle bit..i got 80 and 180 grit straight rolls and tapered rolls...not bad for 30 bucks...
There is a pretty good book on head porting called "Head Porting for Performance & Economy" at www.FuelEconomyTips.com if that might help you.

Well to update this thread incase others have this problem i finally found out where the coolant is coming from!!
I had the head pressure tested at a machine shop, they said its leaking and junk...they couldnt give me where it was leaking from or anything....so after looking at the exhaust and intake ports a bunch of times looking for cracks and not seeing anything i decided to make a homemade pressure tester...well i found where the coolant is coming from....from number 2 and 3 exhaust ports...there is pin holes on the wall of the port....take a look at the pic:
I decided to port and polish my own head this time insted of TVL....but i didn't wanna spend another 40 bucks for another pressure test...so i made one..

Nice to find it! Crappy tho... Did you pick at it to see if it is thin there? I could try to get my TIG torch that far in there and zap it...

IF you could find the back of that in the coolant side, close enough to dribble epoxy down it, you could do that, then apply pressure, (Or vacuum to the port) so the epoxy is drawn into the pinholes or porosity.... coz it wouldn't stay on the topside long in an exhaust port... but you can get some high temp putties to smear over the top to protect it... they probably wouldn't seal it well though as an only fix.
