Well boost is a measure of restriction, and your spooling that sucker up around 4K, so yeah, you should easily be able to make 40 psi, unless my understanding is wrong.

Agreed with Bakes, tube headers are always good,

    Yes, Yes, Yes.
Your canister just isn't holding shut, then you start creeping because the holset wastegate holes are too small for gasoline engines.
If you don't believe it, wire that thing shut. Just don't kick me in the shin chan when you are done.

Before you go wiring things shut and changing spring, simply unplug the W/G can and verify that your boost controller is capable of cutting the signal to it.

It always baffles me why so many think internal W/Gs are so bad? I would never waiste my time with all the extra piping/hardware of an external W/G when an internal works just fine.......

Actually its the other way around, the dyno measures the torque then uses the torque x RPM / 5252. So his torque numbers are as measured from the dyno and the HP is calculated. Either way the line is correct, just compressed to the left. Hp can still rise even when torque is falling because you have such high RPM numbers in the equation and anyway his torque is not falling it going flat so same torque with higher RPM ==== higher HP.

Yah, hence why the running joke about "Honda horsepower" torque blips, but the revs go to the moon...

    Exacarry.

I'm generally not impressed by horsepower, but that damn James Watt makes it something we all get excited over.

Not sure how much he's using but Marko uses a multiport setup on most of his builds now, he's ramming thru gallons of it.
