    Question Help on timing marks 2.5

    I have a 93 acclaim 2.5 with no timing marks on crank pully end. So how do i line up marks for new belt. THANKS

    crank pully will line up with dist. gear , set timing mark at the trans at top dead center and find mark on dist. gear there must be a mark on there some where

    you can always put #1/#4 cylinders at tdc, look at the ignition timing mark on transmission timing window. Thats what I always do as this is more accurate vs. a little dot on a small sprocket.
