After four different calibrations from four different vendors I had yet to get anything to work well. I assumed after four different cals and different Smec's that there was a problem with my setup. I gave up. My emissions cal and injectors worked fine ,,but low boost.
I gave Cindy a call and told her my problem and the fact I didn't have her calibration but someone else's.
No matter,,she gave me a few ideas to try and there was no change. She said she would send out a cal to try and if that didnt help I could send in my injectors to flow them and take it from there. If the cal worked then I would pay for it.
I got the cal from her [a stage five] and set it up. Everything is as it should be. My car has never run this good .
I have in the past bought alot of stuff from her but why I didn't get a cal from her in the first place eludes me. It could be all the hype on the forums that I must have gotten caught up in,,the latest and greatest bla,bla,bla,,
Cindy's customer support is fantastic. She could have just said "it's not my cal,,it's not my problem,,take it up with them" But she was willing to work with my situation and had an interest in my problem.
Can't say enough good things here and in the past when I dealt with her.
I will never stray again!!
