I ended up putting some extra o-rings around the bottom of my GM pencil injectors to prevent them from going too far into the lower intake. Worked well with no leaks and the rail held the injectors in place.

car is back on the road. no problems that i can see. the polly bushins tightend up the handling and the front end is noticable stiffer

okay problem. the car is having a bucking issue for some reason and i cant track down the source. possibly the fuel pump relay being an --- hole and turning off and on (bad connection)

it seemed to be only during boost though but at random. it would just stop and pop or buck. afr was good and so was everything else.

changes since? plug gap? Heat of plugs? wires? Hard to say but those are non MS related ideas. Full WOT or partial boost.

I've started silicone greasing all my electical connections whenever I disturb them, keep water/air out.

What exactly are you using? On airplanes just about everything that works at a ground gets covered in seal to prevent all corrosion and the lengths to achieve a good connection make me feel stupid when thinking about how I work on wiring at home.

The same silicone electrical grease used for spark plugs. I bought a huge tube of it, and figured I may as well make it useful, 'coz it would last 20 years+ of plug changes.

Yah, dielectric grease is probably the right name, but if you ask for it in a parts shop they'll probably look at you funny unless you say "A bigass tube of that sparkplug goop please"

    hhhahahahha

did work against a stock m3, and that black wrx wagon i always run with (my friends). the main reasoin we went for a run was for me to give this guy and his forester a run for their money. the forester was supposed to be noticably quicker than the black subi wagon that i have in my videos (wagon ran a best 13.5 on his second run ever)

i walked the black subi once boost spooled in 3rd and then pulled away from the forester. it was the coolest thing ever. if im not in the 12s (with slicks!!) then i think i should be damn close.

there was a evo that went out with us too. he was fast. he pulled on us right away, hit his breaks and then pulled again lol. he stayed glued to my butt after i pulled on everyone else.

oooo and nothing broke that i know of and i DID get a ticket too. but not until way later. U turn on an empty road and the cop nailed me to the wall for it

video up when i get back from Detroit for some tiger games and an alice cooper/iron maiden concert

What mods on the WRX? I raced a black WRX last night too lol, he was stock on 22psi and open dp, I was on 18psi and pulling timing from knock. We were pretty evenly matched, I could pull him 2 cars from a 40 roll but from a 60 we were pretty much even, he'd pull slightly then we'd stay right there.

Re: Sundance 6g72 "3.0 turbo build thread"(N/A DYNO SHEET pics inside)

he has an intake, turboback exhaust, 20psi on stock turbo and a "tune" (black wrx wagon) and newly added wastegate dump with some higher flowing "up pipe"

i dont know if he had the wastegate when he ran a 13.5.

we left him pretty good, i was more than happy. last time i an him we didnt pull on him that drasticly. e85 is super juice!

Gives you a warm and fuzzy feeling that "Officer discretion" is so commonly applied, especially with all these new fuzzily worded draconian laws that proponents insist will "never be used/abused for that" doesn't it?
