    I'd imagine it would be similar to sleeving a block. Machine the turbine undersized, heat it up, press in a thick sleeve and re-machine it to spec.

    +1 on Chris and TU being nothing but stand up ESPECIALLY when it comes to warranty. I always feel that any loser can sell you something but real companies shine through when it comes to problems. Any issues I have had in the past Chris is quick and beyond fair in the dealings. Seeing first hand how TU as a company deals with problem issues it is obvious this guy just wants something for fee. Even "if" Chris had swapped housings it wouldn't even make a difference with his turbo failing. You should refund him the $50 and then just charge him your normal fee for machining it out for a stage two.
