    Omni side mirror replacement

I have new mirrors for my Horizon/Omni, but no idea how to swap them out. How do you get the old ones out without busting the cables? Break the old mirror?

I believe you take the adjuster loose from the door panel. Remove mirror screws and pull cable out of hole under the mirror mount on the door? Was looking at one in the jy yesterday and that's how it seemed to me it would come out.

I cut the cables and pulled the whole thing, but the mirror still wouldnt come out (this was at the JY) The cables must come out of the adjuster?
