Description: Intake manifold has been opened for the 52 mm throttle body. The lower has been opened at the joint and bais-ported at the head area. My port work has an excellent reputation behind it. The whole thing has been sand blasted and treated to a 2-step powder coating. The top has the fins rough polished and coated with translucent gold, and he body is coated with gold vein. The lower was first baked with super chrome, then with the translucent gold to match the fins. Does not include the fuel rail or injectors, but does include the knock sensor.

It comes with a matching TURBO valve cover. This is the earlier style that uses the 2 end piece gaskets and silicone along the rails. All gaskets are included. I am also including a fully reconditioned 52 mm throttle body. AIS and TPS are used, but I checked the TPS on a lab scope.

Considering bare intakes sell for $150 to $200, a port job will run at least $75-$125 from anybody that knows enough not to break through, a single stage powder coating would run about $45 for the VC and about $75 for the intake, $15 for the gaskets, then the $40 for a used 52 mm TB, value is around $400-$500.

You can make this unique looking performance package part of your pride ride for just $350, plus S&H from NJ.

The nice thing about gold is it goes with any color body, like black. Be different, go gold!

Usually when an induction system is ported, low end torque suffers due to lost velocity. I ported this manifold with a bias to help better homogenize the air and fuel as it passes through the bowl.

Look at the roof line and see the angled port work.

How much if you include the 2-piece intake fuel rail?

Most people that port the intakes just take out the ridges. I not only did that, but also worked the area behind the injector. Not only did I work that area, but I did so with a bias that will work with the ports and combustion chamber to better homogenize the air with the fuel.

Whoever bought this needs to do back to back runs at the track or on a dyno before and after swapping
