Just get some ARP's for under $100. I just bought a couple sets off ebay for $80 each with shipping.

I have a set of ARP studs that were used for only a few hundred miles. They were torqued down 2-3 times during my time with the problematic engine where took the head off a couple of times but have a lot of life left in them.

    How about $55 shipped?

    Thanks,

    Rich

I've reused stock head bolts over 6 times on the same motor before I switched to studs. IDK why everyone freaks out that they need to replace them every time. Even in the MP performance 2.2/2.5 book they say you can reuse them. If you understand how fasteners work and angle torque functions, you can re use them as long as they have never exceeded their elastic limit.

The engine threw all the bearings from low oil pressure right after rebuild.

I had it fixed. It then still had low pressure so I tore it down and sent it back to the machinist again...

I then still wasn't happy after he said that the clearances were correct so I just parted out the bottom end and now need a new machinist... Around the same time I decided to just go with a 2.4 swap.

Sorry, was actually talking to the OP I have a oil pressure issue that I've been trying to figure out for years now too. All clearances are factory spec, just as yours, including the oil pump specs. I'm thinking I am missing the oil restrictor.
