For $10 you can get a new Innovate Lc-1 setup off Ebay.

I'm thinking very seriously myself of going with the Zeitronix ZT-2.

I have one. I love it. For $150, you'd better buy it.

It's great. Get the better gauge too so you can see your AFR and example EGT at the same time and just pushing button change to boost or what ever other sensor you have for it.

Re: Anyone use a Zeitronix Wideband?

Great deal, and those guys will upgrade your box for super cheap if its a little dated. I got mine in 2005, fried the internal fuse. They replaced the fuse with a more current switchable fuse, and upgraded its hardware the 2007 specs or whatever year I fried it.

I just bought a brand new Innovative MTX-L directly from Innovative and almost right away it has started to fail to turn on. Check out their support forum and they do not help people who obviously have disfunctional units.

I am hoping they swap me a new one. This thing is brand new. Never again will I fall for Innovative.

Zeitronix only has email contact but they actually respond, and give advice. They don't give "its your fault" snob type answers. Bansheenut had troubles with his for who knows what reason and they were right on top of giving him advice.

I was trying to save money but I should have supported the company that is all about customer service and who provides a superior product. I thought all the compliments of Innovative were genuine. Go look at Innovative's Forum if you want to see them ignoring all threads which appear to indicate an actual problem with their product.
The funny thing is that I completely forgot that I already once ditched a crappy Innovative unit from my friends gauge pod and installed a Zeitronix in place.

I use the ZT-2 with the Oldschool display in my Duster. Its also pretty stealthy. not flashy at all. I don't need all the functions of the ZT-2 in my Duster since I Megasquirted it but I don't trust anything else.

My one friend runs one in his Evo. He loves it; never had a problem with it. I have run the AEM UEGO, which has been good thus far, as well.. just to throw out yet another option.

Your mistake is using the forums for help. Go here: http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/contact.php and fill out the form.

    I plan on calling.
They are the ones who created a forum that highlights their product failures and shows a lack of support. Attempting to make it look like they care. Few people on there were saying they filled out the form and got nothing, which is why they went on the forum.

Re: Anyone use a Zeitronix Wideband?

I just finished installing my Zeitronix ZT-2 the other day along with the LCD display. I'm waiting for a few other misc. items to show up and then I'll get a chance to fire up the car and the unit. Once I start using it, I'll post my results with it.

BTW, I have called Zeitronix a few times and I have gotten a person to speak with.

LOL back in they day they didn't have a phone but would use their email system to get right back to you the next day, sometimes even on weekends. Never had a single message go unanswered.

Waited a full week for Innovate to sent me my RMA number after calling them just lead to them telling me to do the RMA. Now I need to call so they can tell me to do it again. If i ever get to return this thing I wonder if I will get it back before the warranty runs out in August.
