Perhaps your CSX LM is bad? If the only things you're changing are the LM and map wiring/sensor the problem must lie with one of them.

Are you swapping the wiring when switching from 87LM to 85LM?

Sorry need to update this, I have now got the map problem fixed. was a loose contact with the pin at the LM.
New problem now, This car is going to get me yet.
Problem, car starts and idles great. Drive the car and after a few miles(2-3) will fall on its face( not overboost cut off). Only have boost set at 5 psi, leave driveway full throttle through the all gears, fine. Then when I return and start back get into boost the cars feels dead.
Car has very low mileage +40, afpr, 255 walboro/ filter, and strainer sock, in tank, new FI rubber lines.
can hear fuel pump running, have pressure gauge rigged up on hood. I can pinch return line and dead head pump to 100 psi.
Fuel pressure is fine when running right
Then fuel pressure drops to below 40 when trying to go into boost, car goes flat
Fuel pump appears to have good volume, emptied tank to pull FP with it.
Car runs great at first. when problem occurs, can turn car off and restart and it is run good till it has the fuel problem again.
No fault codes.
So, am I dropping voltage to pump? Tach in car seems fine. Bad PM
or is there still a pump issue.
Thanks Greg
check your vac lines to the fpr too. could havr a split that only leaks when they get hot/plyable.

Checked the vacuum line, ran new ones with the build, put a vacuum pump and checked it line ok, afpr would not hold vacuum.
I though that might be the problem, replaced with a stock turbo regulator ( held a vacuum). went for a drive still same problem.
Thanks, Greg
Still not fixed.
Pulled pump, replace hose in tank, was soft, and looked collapsed inside. not the problem.
Checked voltage to pump, when key on. 9.6v (should be 12v right?) hot wired 12v to pump, still not working.
I have change tps sensor, although it tested ok.
Going to change PM, and put stock lm back in, and try that.
Greg
Problem ended up being enough junk in the fuel tank to start plugging up fuel pump. Pulled and flushed tank, new filters and seems ok. have driven it about 80 miles so far.
Now I need to move the shifter back a little farther. the stock 523 base sits to far forwards, need to trim the base. Lots a little thing to do, just happy the major things are done.
Greg
Current picture of my actual driving GLH-T now mostly done.

Oops,Didn't change the date on camera, when I put new batteries in.
Took the car to the track, only got two runs in before I developed a small hole in radiator. The times are terrible, me + five speed+ old street tire = terrible 60 foots. But I was interested more in mph, which was 97+mph, pretty good for only 13# of boost.
Greg
Dug the slip out of the car, nothing impressive, but I can use it as reference.

Looking good Gregg.
Just for kicks my GLHT ran 15.01, (don't remember MPH it was 100 years ago) that was with a MP computer,
my bored throttle body, and the exhaust cut off behind the cat,(don't ask). That was with a nonturbo 5 speed
That is a pretty good time for a non turbo, I just can't put the power to good use. At only 13# boost and traction I'm in the 13's.
The recent problem, has been the alternater sits really close to the radiator. My initial bracket let them make contact upon a hard launch, ( and the after market radio flying out of the dash). Resulting in a small hole in the rad, and a fusible link melting.
Driving the car is a blast, wish I went with power steering though( still can I guess). Mpg is good 30-32.
Have a bunch of little things to do over the winter.
Greg
We're planning a Shelby/Dodge fall cruise somewhere around NE Ohio. Sat Nov 5th is the date, still working on the exact location. You should bring it out and meet up with us!
I have to sort it out, I didn't have any real heat at all. I have to go over the lines and cable to the blend door.

New update, moved the car up to the front of garage, these warm days every now and then, are getting me motivated. Unfortunately I didn't do any work on it over the winter.
Greg
Time to start the 2012 season. Tightened the alternator belt. Next onto moving the shifter back farther. I originally mounted the cable shifter a523 in the same location as the rod shifted a525. I found it was too far forward I had to lean forward quite a bit on the 1,3,5 shifts. I moved it back last year to where the hump in the floor was, still not back enough. Today I relief cut the support and moved the shifter back another 2". Test drive it is about right now. Good 1,2 shift threw the radio out of the dash.
Greg
Just a fresh updated picture.

Time for long needed update. Got new tires Falken Ziex ZE 512 195-50-15. Nothing special just needed tires. Plus a front end alignment. Drives much better now.
Turned boost up to 15# and hit the track to work out some more kinks.
Still not able to get a good 60'(driver error) no big deal just some shakedown passes, and mph I was interested in.
Didn't want to abuse the new tires anyways (slicks are on the way).
Ran a best of(poor 60' of 2.47) 14.3@103.49. Very happy with the result.
Slowly getting ready to turn up the wick.
