I'm trying to get some decent horsepower out of my car without hurting reliability. Its and auto j body lebaron convertible. It is currently a 2.2 stock t2 setup except with ported exhaust manifold and 3in exhaust. It needs some machine work anyway right now so I was thinking of mild porting the head and the 2 piece intake.

How much realistic crank or whp should I see give or take with a 2.2 auto t2 intercooled setup including 2.5in swingvalve with 3in exhaust rest of the way, stock garret turbo, mild ported head, mild ported gasket matched two piece intake, ported exhaust manifold, walbro fuel pump, shelgame cal running 14lbs boost?

Those mods would keep the car reliable better than upping the boost more and getting a 3bar setup +20 with cal running say 18lbs and not porting head or two piece correct.
