Truck in rare form...actually doing work. ;)

I'm not sure how many yards I got in there, but with the air bags filled up she was still a little squatty.

Nice to see you actually putting it to work instead of it sitting on the driveway eating bon-bon's!!!

    Ha!

Well usually it's 12 miles to work on 35-45 MPH roads and 12 home at lunch...12 back to work and 12 home after work...rinse and repeat.

She had to have had at least a ton back there.

Actually, about 3/4 of that is still back there...just couldn't finish yesterday so now I'm still driving around with it.

    12 miles...12 miles...sigh.

NIce trucks! My 96 has been hands down best truck Ive ever owned, its even better than most other trucks my friends own! I once towed 21,000 gvw with it, never once dropped out of overdrive (ats lockup commander). I have a old style lockup commander one of you can have if you want it? JUst pay shipping, I can snap off a few pics. You guys burn much wmo?

It keeps your torque convertor locked up, so you set the speed you want it to come on (which is also off speed). It also keeps it locked in when you hit the brakes to drop crusie off or slow down. I dont need it because I have the newer style.

Guy loading this today was shaking his head, just could not believe it held it all without issue or sitting on the bump stops. And it drove home just fine.
