    Oh cool! I'd definitely appreciate a helping hand Just let me know. The car is sitting behind the acme on 33 where the employees park for nissan so its not going anywhere fast lol.

    I thought I saw it sitting there, but that was about 3 weeks ago and I just figured you were at work. So you need to throw rod bearings in there to get it going again?

    Yea as far as I know. As long as the crank isn't damaged, I think I should be ok. Its definitely a low end knock.

    nick, if that engine spun a bearing then the crank and matching rod are deff damaged. the crank and rod become egg shaped. just throwing bearings in it will result in the same thing happening in short order.

    I've been driving it every day, it knocks but its still barely drivable. If I spun a bearing wouldn't it not turn over?
