I did this to my '86 Daytona. I just pulled a power distribution center (PDC) from a newer LeBaron that came with a rather than fuse links. It was nearly a wire for wire cut and splice. It is really nice. The colors matched up in nearly every single case. It was so easy I thought I'd done it wrong.

The Neon is frighteningly similar to our cars in many ways. I can't say for sure that the Neon PDC is the same as something like a LeBaron in terms of wire colors but it wouldn't surprise me if it were. The box looks nearly identical.
