Clumsy wrench sensors, they disable the car if you've been using a large wrench over-enthusiastically in the engine bay. Mode of detection is by crush damage from slipping handle. Since individual sensors are expensive they are used only to protect the engine bay, for general underbody protection, the clumsy wrench detection system consists of fluid containing tubes, which may leak leaving telltale puddles or become restricted, allowing sensors at their terminal end to pick up on a fault.

Tps and iac are in that general area. Maybe the other is a charge temp sensor?

No that's the thing that puts the cold into the engine. Blinker fluid is red for the back blinkers and orange for the front blinkers.
