    Question Calibration question

Hey, I drive a 1987 Chrysler LeBaron 2.2L Turbo I and am looking into purchasing the ECU 1987 Stage 1 Calibration or Stage 2 from FWD Performance. Under the description it says that they are used for Stock or Modified Turbo II cars, since mine is a Turbo I car, will it be able to still handle one of these calibrations?

wouldn't advise it without an intercooler. In my opinion, the money would be better spent either adding an intercooler to your log manifold, or converting it to TII.

The stage 1 and 2 cals are for the NON-intercooled cars. The stage 3,4 and 5 are for intercooled cars......

I have been considering intercooling the log instead of going the whole nine yards and converting it to TII. Can i purchase a new intercooler from a site that will fit my car? or should i go to the junk yard and pick the intercooler off a TII LeBaron?

Yes, stage 2 would work great for your 1987 turbo 1 car!

You have to modify your log intake to accept an intercooler. Its widely acknowledged as not worth it. Just convert it to TII spec

would I need to do any minor mods to get the most out of it? I am planning on putting a 2.5'' or 3'' magnaflow exhaust and adding cold air intake.
