    Has anyone swapped throttle linkages from a holley 5220 to a Weber 38dges?

    Has anyone swapped throttle linkages from a holley 5220 to a Weber 38dges? I need to swap because I have an automatic and need to hook up the kick down cable. Thanks

    cant remember. but i think mine was a 36/34. what ever weber whent on a 84 2.2. but i did grind the likage off the holley and but it on the weber. had to open the hole alittle on the linkage and do not over tighen the nut or the thottle blades will hang up. and i think i had a prob with the excell pump rod rubbing a little too. just look it over real good it should work.

    Yes, I have some pics of doing this in the Project Log section under the thread 1985 Plymouth Turismo 2.2 high output.

    I know the weber 32/36 and the 38 go on fine, never looked into 34/34 or 36/34... Thanks
