    Yeap it sucks but do it. This is a bum deal. I hate people like this. It has been awhile since this has happen to me. Hopefully Paypal will fix it.

    I'm really sorry about this guys! Maybe we could make it a rule that you have to have a minimum number of posts, or even references to be able to sell something on here. Good luck with Paypal, I hope they'll make it right for everyone.

    That's why I never buy something from someone without any sort of TM street cred or reputation as you're taking a huge risk.

    ^ yeah, but it discourages "hit and runs", where their first post is a phony for sale post. Most people probably wouldn't wait 90 days to scam someone, they need the money now, not in 3 months.

    Well, I didnt want to post this publicly. However for everyone who bought from him, and possibly filed a claim, I called paypal and escalated it. Hes obviously not cooperating and I want my ----ing money back. So hes has 10 days to respond showing he has shipped it, or is refunding me. Thats all he can do the lady from paypal said.

    ESCALATE ALL CLAIMS!!!!! filing a claim does not get you your money back. i made my mistake the first time. it took over a month to get my $$$$ back.....except for the fake tracking # one as that just proved fraud when i called paypal....
