You have to call Paypal. I finally call them today and they said they will refund my money in 11 days from today. They need to try to contact him to see if he is going to ship the item. I filed through Paypal but that means nothing you have to call. So if you filed a claim you have to call them. I hope this helps the number is listed in thread.

Here's the thing about pictures of parts: there is nothing stopping him from selling those parts 5 times over and then taking the money. Now, since he has proven himself to be a cheat at best and a thief at worst AND he is here (USA) as a guest, I'd suggest looking in to how one can submit a complaint against him that gets filed against his visa requests. Surely they wouldn't keep issuing visas to a crook. Perhaps a police report or a small claims judgement against him would be enough to keep him out of the country.

guys it took me almost like 2 weeks to get my money back AFTER escalating the claims....just filing a claim only lets them know something is wrong. if u dont escalate the claim then i dont think they do much for resolution...
