89 Sundance vs base model cobalt S/C & SS

So I was cruising with a couple guys and the guy in a base model cobalt that has bolt ons and a supercharger. 1st run from 35 starting in second he jumped a little and had me by a bumper. By 75, I was starting to pull on him and ended up winning by a bumper at 95mph. Second run I break boosted at 30 and took him off the line and ended up dead even at 80. Then the SS decided to see what he could do (full bolt ons) and we were dead even until 75 then it was no chance for me. Got me by about a car and a half at 90.

Holy crap, 35 in second? Nice runs in the Sundance...gotta represent the bastard P-bodies! Similar mods as you in my Sundance, I got beat by less than a car length by a bolt-on SS supercharged Cobalt spraying a 50 shot.

Not bad. The Ecotecs are no freakin joke. Nice job on the kills. My buddy at work is building his. Just got a Whipple 1600AX. With the nitrous and the new fuel system we're targeting for 600 at the wheels.
