No way of knowing what you have unless you can verify what it came out of and that it hadn't been off the car. Those #'s mean nothing. Virtually all roller cams have 7849 stamped/cast into them. Some are stamped with #'s and letters on drivers end, but I wouldn't bet a nickel on those really meaning anything either. Some also have MEX cast into them. About the only way to know for sure is to have cam run on a Cam Pro/Cam Dr. or degree it in yourself.
