I hate to post in for sale threads when im not going to buy it, but wow thats an amazing deal on a super nice shape, no rust Turismo.
I hope this goes to a well deserved home. (Wish it were mine)

Thanks for all the compliments!
I had someone seriously interested, which is why I cleaned it up this weekend and posted all the additional pics.
However, that person backed out, which isn't entirely bad as I'll just pull the car back out of the garage and start driving it again - sunroof weather is here :-)

Bump!
Been driving it to work all week. If no interest soon I will likely keep it and put something else up for sale.

I'd buy this car myself but the urge to turbo it would be overwhelming...

T & Mike - if you drove the car as is and were just looking for a daily driver, you'd probably leave it alone, for a carb'd car it runs GOOD. I still have the long tube header to put on it. I drove it to work today with the sunroof out.
If nobody is interested I would not be upset to keep it and maybe sell something else even though Crazy Mark picks on me relentlessly for driving a carb car :-)

Considering this.
Pete Faggella 03 PT Cruiser, 2.4L N/A 5 speed. Daily driver. All stock with baby moon wheels. 85 LeBaron 2.2TBI auto. Hoped I'd see a difference with bumped compression, but I didn't. Still slow. "Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!'"
Yes still for sale

I am mulling two things.
Pulling off the Grant GT wheel, DC Valve Cover, and Stereo and replacing with stock items and lowering the price.
Or installing the MP long tube header I have on the car, keeping it, and when I don't drive it just parking it on the stone pad in my back yard under sappy trees.
I don't really want to park it there, but I'm getting a car from my father soon and having the car exposed to some sap is better fate than say selling it to a 16 yr old who is going to destroy it.
