The 16's needed are going on a set of lace wheels. They do not have to be any sort of special tire, but at the same time, I'm not necessarily looking for the cheapest set out there. Just a nice tire for the $$ spent. Leaning towards 205/55/16...wouldn't be opposed to anything wider, but would not prefer anything taller.
As for the slicks, I'm installing them on an extra pair of 15" lace wheels. I've got an old set (22.0/8.0/15) of M/T E/T Drags that I really like, but they're at least 8 years old. If you've had great success with something else, I'd really like to hear about it.
I've access to a tire machine also...so having them shipped to my house, as opposed to going to NTB or a similar tire place, would be great option.
Any suggestions or leads towards a good deal/sale would be greatly appreciated
