Rear main seal or something bigger?

I've got a bit of an issue here. I installed my coil springs and ended up bottoming out the transmission and oil pan pretty rough getting back into the storage. Now the trans will drip oil from the spot circled in the picture below. I crawled under the car to inspect everything and the downpipe was hit pretty bad as well as the oil pan and transmission. The oil pan looks good but has a couple of chips in the paint. Does this seem like a rear main seal or something bigger that I should worry about? The car sounds perfectly normal and there is oil between the engine and the transmission but it doesn't seem like a steady stream when I crawled under there to look. It seems to drip only when the car is running as well and not when it's shut off.

looks like the axle seal is bad or you didn't seat the axle fully and it's dripping from there.

That's what I was thinking so I took the axle out and re-seated it. Maybe I will use this as an excuse to rebuild the trans with an obx before the season starts .
