first off 86 omni glh swapped over to csx stage II MP LM. after the swap vehicle would start and run pig rich!! found out that the thread i used to help with my wiring instructed me to wire my map signal and ground backwards after figuring that out found the my car barley starts and will not stay running. if i completely disconnect vac from the map it starts runs fine minus being slightly rich which is to be expected since the lm is seeing 2.5 v and thinking theres no vac. but as soon as i hook up to the vac on the engine its is hard to start and wont run. ive pinned out the lm and for the short time the engine is running im seeing correct voltages at the lm... im using the in vehicle map and i have the red wire 5v ref white signal and black is ground. im grounding the map directly to my body ground. i would think that would be OK if anyone has had a prob doing this let me know.
