These are available on your site? I only see the black ones. Do you order from the site and just specify stainless?

Do you know the differences with the mounts on the J body convertible and non convertible? I see in the parts books that they have different numbers. Would like to get left and rights but can't tell differences by the pictures on your site.
Thanks.
The vert one is not listed on my site...if it is one like the vert shadows had. Can you email me a photo of your passenger side one? I have both in stock.

No idea for sure. Never seen one go bad either. I thought it was a "less" vibration thing, because both are convertibles. But not sure.Woah, whats the reason they need that beast?

The bigger V6 K based cars (Imperial, NY'er ect) used those mounts as well. I think its one of those 'luxury' things to help cushion the engine better.
I bought one and do intend to install it, not a direct drop in for the cars that came with the regular rubber mount I found out. Gotta do a little backyard engineering to make it fit.
The LeBaron 'Verts (I know from '87-'89 at least) used small hydraulic dampers on the side engine and transmission mounts to help with engine vibration and rocking. More weight and complexity, but something else to look at if people are interested.
What does it take to make it fit?Gotta do a little backyard engineering to make it fit.

The pass through bolt is a larger diameter and the 'tube' it goes through is also longer than the regular mount.
Well......from order to installed, less than 3 weeks. I live in Canada so that includes customs. My mechanic installed the pass. side and front mount in 1 hour. He even painted the bracket (didn't want rusty parts next to shiny ones) . He said there were some very minor mods required on the front mount but the stainless steel pass side mount was a direct bolt in. I think a little tweek here and there is not "engineering" for a high quality part. Every auto parts supplier has parts that are for multiple applications and fit better on some cars than others but will work(ish) on a vast array of similar engines. It is to keep prices reasonable, you can only imagine what a part would cost if it was a one off for your vehicle only. Johnny has a great product and is great to deal with. I will recommend him and his parts to anyone that asks. I will also be looking to polybushings for all future replacement of mounts/bushings. Stock Sucks. Can you tell I'm more than happy with the results? I'm going to post up some pics of my old factory pass. mounts with no rubber left and you can decide for yourself.
