    installing new rod bearings

    which way do you install the rod cap go on? with both tabs on the bearing on the same side or other way. post a pic. or just say . the little keeper go and the same side or swap them around.?

    I hope you are doing them one at a time, or that you marked which rod they are off of If you mix up which cap goes to which rod, you will wipe out the rods and crank.

    ok , thanks i had put them back than why. same side but just wanted to double check yes there on the same rod they came off of.funny most of them i ,ve done were all ready marked. 1 /1 2/2 and so on but this one most have not been apart before.
