i am rebuilding my 89 2.5L turbo for my gtc and i need some help. A local performance engine shop is doing the bottom end like new. Its getting...
-new head with mild porting
-a bigger turbo (garrett T03, but i have heard those are hard to get)
-3 inch exhaust
-52mm tb
-mild porting on both manifolds (one piece intake)
-devils own injection
-i have the daytona rad and ic with all the stock plumbing for it already
-i was going to go for a bigger cam but the FM guys said that it might kick a roller follower out so thats a no go
but...i am not sure if i should go for 18psi with stock cast pistons and the +20% injectors and a 2bar map or 15psi with 804's
i am new at this so if i am missing anything let me know. i would really appreciate the help
