A aftermarket balance shaft (large pan) sold on Ebay last week for $5 plus shipping! Missed end of auction by 1/2 hour. The beauty of those is there is no sound deadening material in them. That is a pain to remove when making baffled pans. I personally like the big pan better esp. when you add the windage tray and baffles to them.
