He still does. I swear TD's for sale section is getting to be a shark tank. There was recently an FS post of a complete running 2.2. Then, in the thread were posts by the OP - oh btw this part is missing, oh btw this other part was removed, etc etc. I got threatened with a ban for "thread crapping" by pointing out the engine ain't complete or running. Yes sir, TD is getting shifty.

He banned me too at TD, because he owes me $30 and anytime i ask about an item
he tells me it has already sold and all the items i asked about are still in his for sale threads last i saw
also the alternator i bought was just thrown in a flat-rate box with not anything for packaging

So just got threw turbo dodges block to look at my VNT for sale,
i made an account and all i had time to do was post one thing (my forsale listing email and phone #)
and then that account was blocked as well
and i see tony posting on it ITS A VERY RUSTY VNT!!!
the car has some rust, Tony has seen nothing
i have never posted pics of the rust anywhere he would have been able to see

I just love it when some idiot authority figure plays God with everyone. But he can rip-off people,post up all of his garbage in the FOR SALE section,bump it endlessly,send out trash and call it perfect,can't bother to take the time to package anything properly,constantly boot people off the forum he deems as a threat to him,pretend he can't take calls because he's broke,call you a liar when you confront him about his BS,etc.

It's really sad for everyone in the hobby to have one person bring down the whole site.

PRE-internet there was someone that made him look like an angel. Mitchell Motor Parts. Sold NOS parts and screwed everyone with their pants on. The only way not to get hosed was to show up at the business and have the part in front of you before you paid them any money. Hemmings Motor News (the biggest marketplace for the old car hobby) finally dropped them and later so did www.partsvoice.com the national locator due to his endless BS. Once someone told me he didn't understand why Mitchell didn't have a bullet in his head. I got maybe a hundred customers over the years that had nothing good to say about this moron.

Guys, you watch out for the threats unless they are for legal proposes. If he has done something illegal you need to contact the proper people.

If anyone knows his name and local address you can also call the local police. Most PDs are dealing with a lot of these internet deals gone bad now. If there are a bunch of you guys that have had problems it will make it more interesting to the detective that will have to handle the case. If it turns out to be one person that has a disagreement on what a "nice part" is the detective will more then likely say that civil and won't want to mess with it. If you guys combine all the issues together and show this isn't a one time thing, like he purposely lies about the parts in order to sell them or something to that effect, then the detective will want to investigate if there was a crime committed. If he is a felon that will help when you call, if the felony crime is related to scams or stealing it will help even more.

I don't know all the details nor do I know this guy but this is what I'd suggest if you guys feel a crime took place. If a bunch of guys want to complain about him to the new owners of TD here are some contacts. I found these guys don't do much but it is worth an email. You should also request that your accounts be deleted.

I had the guy harass me on TD.com for posts i made on TM that didnt even have his name in them. Funny thing, he must have copy/pasted that PM that was quoted in the 1st page because iirc i got EXACTLY the same one.

I have NEVER bought anything from him, and yet i get PMs on TD about posts i make on TM? And of course the implicit threat is being banned because people get banned at the drop of a hat. The site is a pile of ----, and im glad more and more people are figuring that out.

It's funny that anyone thinks TM is inactive compared to TD. What's REALLY happening is we have 97% less n00b activity clogging up the forums retreading the same crap over and over again, and less post whores who reply to every single thread even if they dont know what the hell they're talking about.

And of course whenever this comes up, i like to give thanks for how great TM is run!

Yep, it's happened to my account to. I logged in just to try and sure enough but I couldn't give two shits about that site. I imagine he's monitoring this thread and he's now butt hurt over me calling him a douche bag.
