Rampage front brake prop valve and Spirit R/T prop valve

I'm doing the big brake setup on my Rampage using Spirit R/T rear discs, 24mm M/C, R/T prop valve, etc.

The bottom lines coming off the front prop valve on the Rampage go to the front brakes.
The bottom lines coming off the front prop valve on the Spirit R/T go to the front brakes.

I'm running into the issue of the brake line fittings on the rampage and using the Spirit R/T prop valve. They both use large and small fittings, problem is its reversed 180 degrees. Attached is a pic showing the two.

Anyone see any issues on rotating the Spirit R/T prop valve 180 degress so the fitting on the Rampage line up???

Does the Rampage have the same prop valve as an Omni? I just bolted up the Spirit prop valve on an Omni I converted, so I guess just turn around the prop valve so it fits.

I dont know if the omni prop valve is the same as the rampage prop valve. I just know that the rampage prop valve is very small. I will turn the R/T prop valve around on the rampage and go with it.

Worst case, if it is indeed backwards, is that the rears will work more than the front.

Re: Rampage front brake prop valve and Spirit R/T prop valve

    I first posted this:::
The bottom lines coming off the front prop valve on the Rampage go to the front brakes.
The bottom lines coming off the front prop valve on the Spirit R/T go to the front brakes.

It should of read this way:
The bottom lines coming off the front prop valve on the Rampage go to the front brakes.
The bottom lines coming off the front prop valve on the Spirit R/T go to the rear brakes.

I cant run the prop valve backwards. Now I gotta run new brakes lines or bend the old to a new position and rear flare.

Re: Rampage front brake prop valve and Spirit R/T prop valve

I'm going to try running a CRX 50/50 prop valve into my Horizon. Front to back biasing instead of diagonal biasing. We'll see how that works...

I hope your redoing the brake lines, lol.

It should work fine and why wouldn't it, the diagonal biasing is only for failure, not for performance.

Yeah, have to because I had to cut a few off that were rusted. 3/16" SS lines will replace the old ones.
