88 Chrysler Le Baron Town and Country Woody Wagon

Anyone in SE Michigan looking for a woody wagon. A local ford dealer in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Varsityford.com , has a nice woody wagon on their lot. Its super clean, absolutely no rust, 2.2 turbo, auto trans, very very well maintained! Listed at $2995. I offered $1800 cash a few days ago but im really not interested in it "too many projects already". They said lowest they could go is $2500. I have no ties to the sale at all! Just want to see this car go to someone who will appreciate it!

I love how the NADA on this thing is 3750 for average retail. NO way do I see anyone of these selling near that price.

it looks nice, but I'd want to see the underside. The faux wood is not perfect, and there is some damage to the bumper in the front it looks like.

Underside is also spotless! I was told by the salesman that it was a "inherited" trade in. Someone definitely took care of this and probably had the work done at a dealer "has a new mopar battery". All fluids, brake, power steering, trans, engine, coolant are clean! Only thing I noticed on test drive was a rattle from the right rear side. The shock bushing is oblonged and appears to be the source of the noise. The only paint defect I saw was on the hood "looks like some brake fluid spilled on it at some time", but did not eat through the primer. Also a small dent in the right rear quarter panel "near the bottom". Its not creased and would probably push right out. I would definitely buy it if I had the time! New tires too!

Also paint scuffed on front bumper "you can see in pic".

Me thinks Brad got $4500 or so for his....

You gotta remember the wagons appeal to a wider audience then the other turbo cars.
