    F3 specs?

The published specs on the F3 cam are a bit odd to me. The F2 is 260/260, .467"/.467", the F4 is 282/274, .470"/.467", then the F3 is 272/262, .460"/.460". Why would they reduce the lift on the F3? I suspect that's a typo. Does anyone know?

Yes. Maybe they transposed the lift figures between the F2 and F3?

    Re: F3 specs?

Those profiles are correct. The reason our F3 specs and TU's s2 specs are the similar is that it is based off the old taft s2 configuration. We decided that more profiles were needed, especially between the old s1 and s2 configurations, hence we developed the f2 cam, and that changed the designation of the old s2 into an F3 (with some minor changes). The F3 doesn't need the lift becuase it is recommended for bigger turbos that can take advantage of the longer duration, where as the f2 is designed for a stock turbo, and uses the extra lift instead of the duration to add power.
The F4 uses both duration and lift.
