Caravan shifter trim removal - Manual Trans

I need some help removing the trim around the a568 shifter in my van. Does anybody have a fsm that outlines the removal?

    Thanks.

If it's like in my 90 you have to remove the shifter knob, then pry up the boot and knock the pin out of the bottom of the shift rod which will allow you to pull off the reverse lock out ring and remove the boot. Once the boot is off there are 4 screws that hold the cover on. In this pic you can see the 4 screw holes and the pin drivin out.

Thanks. That was exactly what I needed. Now I'm trying to get the a568 cables off the shifter. They won't budge at all. Stupid bushings.
