89 Lebaron front fenders

I need to replace the right front fender because it was in an accident. I spotted some nice fenders on a 90 GTC but there was an extra light just in front of the wheel. This may sound foolish but, does anyone know if the fenders are compatible between the years and if the wiring is on my 89 to accommodate the extra light? It's odd that Chrysler would add another light just under the normal guide and turn signal lamp.
Any insight is appreciated!!

Highline cornering lights; do not know if the wiring is in place in your car. The 89 and 90 fenders are interchangeable. You should be able to add wiring by consulting a handy, dandy 89 or 90 FSM.
