Hey guys, don't know if anyone knew I had this or not, but I've been driving it daily for a year or more, and it's time to sell. I just recently acquired an accord from the family, and it will take this guys place.
It's a really, really, really clean 1988 Plymouth Horizon in Charcoal/Grey with a light grey interior. NO RUST. TBI/A413. I planned on putting my built motor into this amd making a track car, but I can stand the thought of tearing the interior out.
Only thing it needs in the interior is a headliner and horn pad. The horn started honking when it got cold out (worn out foam between contacts), so I pulled it off in an act of desperation.
The exterior has been repainted, and some spots it's obvious, other's it's not. From 6 feet away it looks showroom new.
The motor runs great, and only has a minor valve cover leak. Nothing ever reaches the ground, ever.
The tranny shifts great, and has a self-made carbon shifter gate and billet knob. For when I was planning on building an a413 for drag racing...
The wheels are Kosei K1's, 17x7.5, 35mm offset. Tires are Fuzion ZR1's I believe, don't remember what size.
As far as GLH cloning goes, the grille and headlight buckets have been painted gloss black, and GLH sideskirts have been added. This thing gets a TON of looks. It doesn't have ANY rust, but in the pictures you can see the ugly drums the last owner put on it. I'll try and take some engine bay and interior shots.
Basically, I'm open to offers/trades for other cars. I'd like to see $2000 for the car, considering how much I paid for it after a brief interweb orgasm upon first sight. But we'll see what happens.
Cheers!
Brandon
