    Manual rack bushing or clamp.

What have you guys done when replacing the power rack wit hthe manual rack on the passenger side? Is there a thicker bushing or do you need a clamp from a manual car? Thanks for any info guys.

I made a sleeve from an aluminum tube, then split it in half to use as a spacer between the manual rack and the power rack mount.

Isn't just the rubber bushing different?
I know it doesn't have the power steering line cutout.
At least that's what I'm hoping. Since the spare K-member I'm rebuilding to replace Slugmobile's worn out front end had a power steering rack. But I'm going back with a new manual rack.
I ordered a new bushing from Rock Auto. I guess I'll find out in a couple weeks when i have the rest of the parts to complete the rebuild!

Bushing is different. I was hoping the I.D. was going to be smaller while retaining the same O.D., but nope.

so, you are saying we'll need the manual rack bushing clamp for that side?

If you don't want to make a bushing yourself, then yeah.
