87 2.2T2 to 90 2.5T1 coolant line??

I've already done the swap (about 4 years ago) but was wondering what is the correct way to hook up it up. Car is 87 GLHS, motor is from 1990 LeBaron. On the 1990 water pump, there is an outlet (heater hose size) coming off the bottom. My stock motor didn't have any fitting there, so no hose. I have it blocked off. Where should this hose go? Thanks

That hose goes to heater control valve.

L bodies had a hose going from the heater core to the drivers side rad end tank, most others had that hose lead to the water pump.

So I should tie it into the line coming out of the radiator? Sounds pretty simple. Thanks
