Figured I'd upload some pics of what I've been messing with lately. The engine in this Lancer has been "noisy" since I've owned it, which really isn't a big deal because it's not original. Sometime in the past it has been replaced with a weak rodded 86 TI. A couple weeks ago the clacker was pulled...today I was able to find time to pressure wash the engine bay.
Here's what's going back into it. It's an 85 TI, so it's got the heavier rods, plus it's the correct year. Turbodave pulled it from a lower mileage (60k or so) red GLHT, and Andy from Great Lakes Hot Rod freshened up the cylinder head and painted it a nice color. I'll keep updating as things go

Man i've had two H bodies and am still sad they are gone. Love the car!
